As they continue to grow, they are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join MuseScore.com Core Product Team.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of their digital products. You'll work cross-functionally with their dynamic team, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Data Analysts, and Engineers. Your primary focus will be enhancing user retention and activation by designing intuitive, engaging, and transformative user experiences.

What you are expected to do**:**

• Develop data-driven design solutions for the Musescore Editor, improving user activation and retention rates.
• Rapidly prototype new features and products, fostering quick testing and learning in a growth-focused environment.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Analysts, and Engineers, acting as the product owner’s right hand.
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system to ensure consistency across the product portfolio.
• Advocate for user needs, integrating user feedback, research and usability testing into design decisions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance product design.
• Drive new projects, proactively generate solutions and ideas, and kickstart initiatives with tangible results.

What you need to succeed**:**

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably within a growth team.
