Currently looking for an experienced and goal-driven Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the new product stream for WhatsApp, which is expected to be one of the key drivers of the company's success in the upcoming years.

Responsibilities

1. Explore and prioritize user needs by conducting all sorts of research, both with hands-on approaches and by collaborating with our data, product marketing, and user research teams.
2. Collaborate with the Product Lead to refine the vision and strategy of the product stream.
3. Manage the product backlog, develop a roadmap, and communicate progress across the organization and to the senior leadership.
4. Craft and deliver elegant solutions that effectively address critical user problems, working closely with design and engineering teams.
5. Translate research insights into structured inputs, represented as high-level product specifications for the cross-functional teams. The teams are highly autonomous, so you don’t need to work out every detail.
6. Define the success metrics and measure the results of product launches with the assistance of the data and user research teams.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years experience working in a product role within a high-growth scale-up or a startup. You have the passion and skills to deal with uncertainty at a high pace.
• Ready to take responsibility for the outcomes, not just the outputs of your work.
• Customer-centric mindset: you always start with gaining a deep understanding of the customer's needs.
• Experience gaining valuable insights from user research.
