The company is currently transitioning from an early-stage startup to a structured product organization: scaling its solutions, increasing user value, and building a systematic product. As part of this growth, they are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of their user retention strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Own the retention direction — focusing on user engagement, satisfaction, and long-term value.
- Combine tactical initiatives (UX improvements, testing hypotheses, rapid experimentation) with long-term strategy (positioning, re-engagement, reusability).
- Explore new growth mechanisms, including emotional design, pricing models, and the JTBD (Jobs To Be Done) approach.
- Take ownership of core product areas such as the user dashboard, support processes, and tools that bring value after the first job application.
- Conduct user research and segmentation to identify pain points, motivations, and growth opportunities.
- Formulate, launch, and evaluate hypotheses aimed at increasing retention — with full autonomy to start or stop initiatives.
- Work with data: cohort analysis, churn analytics, feature performance tracking, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Improve the user journey by making it more transparent, thoughtful, and full of meaningful touchpoints.
