Ziina is looking for a Senior Product Designer to craft seamless, user-first experiences and drive product-led growth. In this role, you will take ownership of complex product areas, from shaping problem statements into clear design visions to delivering polished, intuitive solutions. Your work will directly influence Ziina’s design direction and ensure every interaction reflects their mission to make money management simple, intuitive, and beautiful for millions in the Middle East.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Owning end-to-end design for complex product areas: from defining problem statements and jobs-to-be-done through to crafting a clear design vision and polished delivery.
• Designing thoughtful user flows and experiences: anticipating edge cases and ensuring seamless usability.
• Translating business and product requirements into simple, user-centric solutions.
• Working autonomously without the need for handholding, driving projects forward with minimal oversight.
• Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and product marketing managers to bring features to life.
• Participating actively in user interviews and research sessions to deeply understand customer needs (execution handled by Product Marketing).
• Delivering consistent, high-quality designs using Ziina’s design system and components.
• Ensuring attention to visual detail, including correct padding, spacing, and consistent use of colour and typography.
• Contributing to cross-team discussions to strengthen design alignment across the product.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer or equivalent role, ideally in fintech or high-complexity product environments.
