Resume.co is a fast-growing B2C SaaS helping people land jobs faster. The product combines an intuitive resume builder, AI-tailoring, cover letters, and a new job search experience — all designed to make job search easier, smoother, and more pleasant.
The team has grown from a small group of 6–7 people to around 15, keeping the same spirit of speed, ownership, and experimentation. Decisions are driven by data, A/B tests, funnels, and insights, with minimal bureaucracy and plenty of room to shape what comes next.
This role joins the Acquisition stream, focusing on everything that happens before purchase and directly influencing how users discover, try, and convert inside Resume.co.
What you are expected to do**:**
- Own pre-purchase process: onboarding, paywalls, pricing/packaging surfaces; ship fast, iterate faster.
- Improve existing funnels for resume creation, cover letters, and resignation letters.
- Help users engage with new features, such as AI job search, to convert them into paying customers.
- Lead end-to-end design projects and work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality implementation.
- Develop landing pages and tools to support organic and AI-driven growth.
- Rapidly prototype and test design variants, incorporating user feedback and data insights to optimize solutions in real time.
- Come up with features and improvements that ship quickly and with high quality.
- Occasionally, conduct user research, user interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions.
- Take ownership of the product's visual language and design system.
What you need to succeed**:**
- 7+ years of senior-level product design experience, preferably in startups, SaaS, or B2C environments.
