As a Product Designer, you’ll be right in the mix, shaping the design direction, owning and nurturing the design system, conducting user research, and more.

What you are expected to do

• Work closely with a small and tightly-knit team of product and engineering folks, looking to imagine the next generation of AI-driven design tools.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to convey product concepts.
• Run usability studies, collect user feedback, and refine designs iteratively.
• Translate business requirements into visually engaging design solutions that balance user needs with business goals.
• Maintain and enhance style guides, design systems, and component libraries.
• Advocate for the end-user throughout the design process to ensure product functionality and user-friendliness.
• Ship rapidly and iterate constantly.

What you need to succeed

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Being a self-starter with a can-do attitude.
