What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Design complex flows and end-to-end user journeys across mobile, web, and desktop.
• Turn user feedback and product data into actionable design improvements.
• Apply best UX research practices to validate design solutions.
• Maintain clean, structured Figma files using tokens and design systems.
• Proactively suggest initiatives and support teammates beyond assigned tasks.
• Advocate for user-centered design and communicate its value to the business.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Strong background in product design with proven experience on complex interfaces (fintech experience is a plus).
• Solid understanding of interaction design and system flows, not just UI.
• Strong UX focus: advocate for user needs while balancing product constraints.
• Hands-on experience conducting usability testing and user interviews.
