They’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their growing team and help shape the future of financial product design. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting complex, user-centric interfaces for our platform, improving the experience for thousands of investors. This is a new position within the team, perfect for someone proactive, independent, and eager to make a direct impact on the product’s evolution.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Designing and improving client interfaces across web and mobile applications, as well as portfolio management tools.
• Creating end-to-end user experiences for complex financial product interfaces.
• Conducting user research through interviews and usability testing to ensure informed design decisions.
• Analysing data and collaborating with product, technical, and business teams to develop data-driven solutions.
• Taking ownership of projects, guiding them through active iteration, team communication, and well-justified design decisions.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Proven experience in product design with a track record of successful complex interface projects.
• Ability to craft user experiences informed by data and key performance metrics.
• Experience in conducting usability tests and in-depth user interviews.
• Strong self-motivation and capability to manage tasks independently.
