What you will do
- Own the design of the mobile app and web interface, work through flows, and bring screens to a high level of quality
- Analyze the product, review analytics, understand user behavior, and identify improvement opportunities
- Rapidly generate ideas, create multiple solution options, and iterate quickly
- Maintain and evolve the design system in Figma, ensuring product consistency
- Define and maintain a unified visual style for the brand and interfaces
- Apply modern mobile and B2C patterns, balancing restraint, functionality, and motivating (but moderate) gamification
- Take initiative, propose improvements, and influence product decisions
- Collaborate closely with the team, join discussions and brainstorms, and propose initiatives
