LayerZero is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to help shape their brand's visual language. This role offers the opportunity to own design projects from start to finish, including brand awareness and product launch videos (with support of a Motion Designer), landing page redesigns, rebranding efforts, and social media templates.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Being the steady right hand of LayerZero’s Head of Brand Design.
- Leading 0-1 design initiatives, including brand awareness and product launch videos (with a Motion Designer support), landing page redesigns and social media templates.
- Owning rebranding efforts and updating the visual language, including creating and refining design systems.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand complex abstract and highly technical concepts and translate them into clear, compelling visuals.
- Continuously improving processes and contributing innovative ideas to enhance the design team’s output and effectiveness.
- Demonstrating strong storytelling skills to communicate brand values and messaging.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- The ability to translate abstract, technical concepts into impressive designs with the help of creative visual metaphors, patterns and any other tools at your disposal.
- Proven experience in end-to-end design ownership, from conceptualization to execution, across various design deliverables including videos, landing pages, and branding materials.
- A deep understanding of rebranding and visual language, with a portfolio demonstrating leadership or significant contributions to rebranding efforts.
