About Nory
Nory is pioneering the future of restaurant management with the first AI-powered operating system designed specifically for the hospitality industry.
Nory’s mission is to empower hospitality operators to thrive by doubling their profitability, reducing their carbon footprint, and providing better working environments for their teams.
Founded in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic by Conor Sheridan, a visionary who scaled one of Ireland's fastest-growing restaurant groups, Nory has rapidly expanded its footprint across Ireland and the UK, serving thousands of users daily.
What’s great about this role
This is an unparalleled opportunity to be at the forefront of designing the future of hospitality management.
As a Product Designer within Nory’s Inventory Management team, you'll play a critical role in shaping products that help businesses reduce waste, optimise their supply chain and ultimately control their costs.
Restaurant teams rely on Nory’s AI-powered suggestions to order their stock and make key decisions every day.
- You'll be part of a healthy, fast-growing startup that's making a real difference in the hospitality industry.
- Opportunity to work on a product that has a direct impact on business performance, sustainability, and workplace quality in the hospitality sector.
- Collaborative and inclusive culture where your voice matters and can shape the future of the product and company.
- Remote-first culture with flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere within European time zones.
Responsibilities
- Literally design the product — apply understanding of Nory’s customers, their industry and digital design to solve real problems for the customers every day. It’s not a UX / UI job. It’s “if I had the control, how would I make the problem disappear” job.
- Work through customer problems from the very beginning through launch and multiple iterations. Deepening the understanding of users and customers, and sharing this information with the wider Nory team.
- Be responsible for what’s ultimately shipped. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and customer success, to ensure designs are realized to the highest standards.
