The Opportunity

This is a senior individual contributor (IC) role for someone excited to own and lead design in a product team working at scale. What matters most in this role is your ability to take full responsibility for the design experience, drive product outcomes, and inspire those around you by example.

About the Team

You’ll join a diverse and collaborative design team of 9 covering product, web, and user research. The broader product development organization is fully international, representing over 20 nationalities. As the most senior designer on your product team, you'll partner closely with PMs, engineers, and fellow designers, contributing to a culture of critique, iteration, and shared ownership.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Take full ownership of product design within a cross-functional team — from exploration to polished execution.
• Design for scale: the product reaches over 2.5M active users. You'll think holistically about journeys, edge cases, and UX optimizations with measurable impact.
• Lead with craft: scope design work (hours/days/weeks), execute high-quality interfaces, and advocate for visual and interaction excellence.
• Run research, synthesize findings, and collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to shape product strategy.
• Raise the bar for design through critique, mentoring, and hands-on collaboration — all without direct management responsibilities.
• Present your ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders, rallying cross-functional support without needing to “sell”.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Strong end-to-end product design skills, from discovery to final UI.
