As Atlassian moves more customers to the Cloud, Stiltsoft is entering an important next phase: migrating TF to Atlassian Forge, updating its product strategy, and exploring new growth opportunities in the Cloud market. Now, Stiltsoft is seeking a Lead Product Manager to take ownership of TF and guide its next stage, from strategy and discovery to roadmap and execution.

What you’ll do

• Accelerate Table Filter’s growth during Atlassian’s shift to a fully cloud-based ecosystem
• Lead the migration to Atlassian Forge, ensuring a smooth transition for thousands of customers
• Redefine the product strategy and identify/prioritize new growth opportunities in the Cloud market, building a strategic roadmap with clear success metrics
• Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution: discovery, customer interviews, hypothesis testing, analysis, and data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with the 15-person team of engineers, support, and marketing managers
• Hire and mentor 1–2 Product Managers, growing the team’s capabilities

Who you are

• 7+ years in Product Management, with experience in B2B SaaS
• Track record of owning an entire product end-to-end
• Deep experience in Product Discovery, customer research, and hypothesis-driven development
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, able to connect short-term initiatives with long-term vision
