- Global Head of Design, Responsible for all Product & Brand design of the company
- Led the design and redesign of a number of Yandex products, including Yandex Browser which was covered by the major press: “Bold interface experiment” – The Next Web, “A Minimalist Browser Makeover” – TechCrunch
- During my time at the company, Yandex grew from $413M annual revenue to $1.2B and from 1800 to 6000+ employees

Intercom: Design Lead to Senior Group Design Manager
- Over the years, had a privilege of working directly on several key Intercom’s product launches: Articles, Custom bots, Messenger 4, App Store, Inbox Apps, Product Tours, Mobile carousels, Series.
- During my time at the company, Intercom grew from $20M to $200M+ ARR and from ~200 employees to over 800.
- Owned and evolved a number of initiatives, including Intercom's global design recruitment process. Hired a number of talented intercomrades across teams.
- Coached 10+ Product Designers, helping them grow in their careers, including IC to Management transitions
