What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading the monetization team, driving performance, and aligning with cross-functional OKRs to meet financial targets through weekly planning sessions.
- Crafting MuseScore monetization strategies through pricing optimization, upselling, and subscription models. Boosting revenue by enhancing existing streams and finding new opportunities.
- Managing MuseScore's financial planning and developing roadmaps across annual, quarterly, and monthly timeframes to drive over 25% YoY growth.
- Leveraging market data and analytics to identify monetization opportunities and optimize acquisition and retention through data-driven decisions.
- Leading strategic experiments and MVP launches to test new monetization opportunities while ensuring alignment with engagement metrics and conversion targets.
- Collaborating with product and growth teams on monetization strategies aligned with business goals.
- Optimizing user interface design to drive monetization and engagement.
- Monitoring and reporting key metrics to leadership, translating data insights into action plans.
