The company seeks a Head of Product to significantly increase the LTV per customer through product development focused on user activation, monetization, and retention initiatives that will directly drive revenue growth.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Own and lead product growth, focusing on activation, retention, monetization, and expansion
- Collaborate directly with the founder and leadership team, acting as the owner of a core area of the business
- Scale and evolve the core product to meet user and business needs
- Define key metrics and set up analytics in collaboration with the data team
- Conduct user interviews and analyze data to identify churn drivers and behaviors of loyal users
- Design and run experiments that lead to clear, measurable outcomes and revenue growth
- Improve user onboarding, engagement, and the overall product value
- Mentor and support cross-functional team members while fostering a collaborative environment
- Stay hands-on with the future people management opportunity
