Ex-Human is seeking a hands-on, data-driven product leader who excels in ambiguous environments and builds from the ground up. This isn't just a strategy role — they need someone who will dive in, run A/B tests, build Amplitude dashboards, set up Firebase experiments, and validate hypotheses independently, without relying on analysts or engineers. You'll be joining a fast-growing AI-native entertainment startup that's transforming emotional connections with digital characters.
The ideal candidate is technical, rigorous, and deeply curious about user behaviour. You should be ready to work hard, overlap with European time zones, and operate with urgency in a zero-bureaucracy culture. A love for building delightful, high-impact consumer products is essential.
