TripleTen is looking for a Head of Product Design to join them as a visionary partner in creating a truly category-defining product. You'll help us turn bold, ambitious ideas into intuitive, delightful user experiences that make a real impact on our business and our learners.

This is a dynamic, hands-on "player-coach" role where you'll get to shape our UX strategy and design vision, support and grow the team, and personally help craft the product that will define the future of learning.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Shaping the Vision: Define and execute a bold UX strategy that solves complex educational challenges in innovative ways.
• Leading from Zero to MVP and Beyond: Drive the design direction and hands-on execution of a brand-new, AI-powered learning platform, from discovery and prototyping through visual design and testing with real learners.
• Translating Complexity into Clarity: Transform complex learning and AI-driven concepts into intuitive, engaging, and delightful experiences.
• Driving Product and Business Impact: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Curriculum teams to shape the roadmap and ensure design decisions deliver measurable results by boosting engagement, retention, and conversion.
• Building a Scalable Design Foundation: Create design principles, systems, and processes that support growth and enable future team expansion.
• Nurturing the Team: Recruit, mentor, and develop a world-class team of designers, UX researchers, and communication designers while staying hands-on.
• Fostering a Culture of Learning: Promote rapid prototyping, iteration, and shared learning to test ideas and continuously improve the product.
• Championing User-Centred Thinking: Ensure every design decision puts learners first while supporting strategic business goals.
