The company seeks a Growth Product Manager to significantly increase the LTV of each customer through product development focused on user activation, monetization, and retention — initiatives that will directly drive revenue growth.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead initiatives for LTV growth by identifying and implementing key growth levers — activation, retention, monetization, and expansion.
- Define key metrics and set up analytics for their collection and analysis in collaboration with the engineering team
- Conduct customer interviews, analyze data, identify churn reasons and behavioral patterns of loyal users.
- Develop and run experiments that impact revenue growth, ensuring clear and measurable results.
- Conduct pricing experiments, including upsell strategies and new tariff models.
- Define the experimentation methodology and remove barriers that prevent rapid hypothesis testing.
- Improve user activation and product engagement, increasing its value.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing.

- Strong analytical mindset with practical experience in defining growth metrics and setting up analytics.
- Understanding of how to test hypotheses quickly and reliably, including technical, analytical, and process aspects.
