The platform integrates inspiration, AI-powered iteration, and ready-to-ship code into a single canvas helping builders discover, remix, and craft unique products with speed and creativity. With a major product launch ahead, the team is seeking a Founding Designer to shape not only the product but also its culture, brand, and user experience.

As a Founding Designer, you will:

• Partner with the founders to research, propose, and drive new ideas.
• Own the full design process: from UX flows to visual identity and brand.
• Define critical product experiences in the first months: onboarding, team creation, GitHub integrations.
• Rapidly iterate in code and prototypes, collaborating closely with engineering.
• Lead product communication: packaging, banners, changelogs, social visuals, and marketing assets.
• Apply motion design skills to bring campaigns and product moments to life.

What you need to succeed:

• Strong background in full-stack design: UX, UI, and branding (startup and motion design experience are a plus).
• Deep product sense with expertise in PLG flows (onboarding, activation, retention).
• Energy, curiosity, and ownership, with a comfort for building in ambiguity.
• Active engagement with the design community and awareness of design trends.
• Excellent communication in English.
