Former Senior Design Manager at Intercom where he shipped AI-powered products. Former Head of Design at Yandex (100M+ users). Deep experience in product strategy and taking products from zero to scale.
- Mariam Prazyan, CPO
Former Head of Talent at Pivot where she built the talent function from scratch, scaled hiring across three continents. Runs a boutique recruitment agency (that we use as a live lab to test product ideas). Our target user persona building the product.
The two co-founders spent years deep in the recruitment space — running a recruiting agency, building and shipping product, and iterating with real customers.

Software Engineer at Google and Google Labs. Core contributor to Kubernetes infrastructure (GKE Ingress controller, main K8s repo — 121K+ stars). Built hirehire's AI pipeline from scratch. ACM/ICPC participant.
Slava remains part-time for personal reasons — he built the technical foundation and continues to contribute, but we need a full-time technical leader to own the architecture and scale the engineering team.
What problem are we solving
Hiring is super important but still very manual and slow.
Every interview generates dozens of signals (technical depth, communication, problem-solving instinct, cultural fit) and then 90% of that signal is lost. The interviewer jots down a few bullets. The debrief is "I liked them." A $200K decision often gets made on intuition alone.
We fix this.

hirehire is an AI-native system that:
- captures every signal in recruitment (job descriptions, CVs, interview transcripts, interviewer impressions etc.),
- turns it into structured, queryable data
- performs actions (sourcing, scoring, communication)
